Egg number 2 is the work of visual artist Thomas Pausz.
He constructed a small stand of wood that would accommodate the egg, like a kind of cradle. Then, with some electrical engineering, he made a tiny light that would go inside the egg to illuminate it from the inside like a lamp. It is incredible! A real work of art. I love it. It is now on the shelf opposite my bed.
